Local fitness instructor Kris Saunders Stow, who runs his own Wheely Good Fitness business to inspire people of all abilities to take part in exercise, is one of the stars of an amazing new advertisement.

The fantastic and inspiring 2016 Paralympics commercial is due to be aired tonight at 8pm on Channel 4. It represents a wide range of abilities and is made up of people from all walks of life.

Kris, who runs classes in Ross-on-Wye and is an ambassador for the charity, Scope, can be seen spinning on the dance floor during the montage of people with many different disabilities sharing the powerful message that they can do anything they are determined to achieve.
