Morgan Baynham-Williams, a member of Ross-on-Wye Rowing Club, coxed for the Oxford University Women’s Boat Club Squad at Cancer Research UK Boat Races this afternoon.

The team won the race with a strong lead after Morgan led them to shelter to the north bank during tough conditions. The Cambridge team took on a large amount of water during the 19th minute, but after finding shallow waters they continued to battle on.

The water conditions were extremely difficult for both teams.

Oxford rowed to victory with a handsome margin. They finished with a time of 21.49 and a margin of 24 lengths.
