Ana Maria Dulhaniuc, a production team leader at CLEAN’s Ross-on-Wye site, has been honoured in her company’s first ever Employee of the Year Awards.
Ana Maria is one of just nine members of staff across the company’s eight UK sites to win an award in the inaugural CLEAN Employee of the Year Awards.
Launched to recognise the achievements of CLEAN’s 1,450 employees, the leading linen and laundry service provider rewarded one member of staff at each of its eight locations with a framed certificate and a £100 Amazon voucher.
Ana Maria, who leads a production team at the Netherton Road site, was praised for her positive attitude towards her role.
CLEAN CEO Jason Miller said: “Ana Maria is a star performer at the site, even under pressure and is seen as a role model for other Production Operatives to follow. She is adaptable and accountable and thinks about the job in hand, making sensible suggestions to ensure ongoing customer service delivery and supporting the Ross site in delivering the CLEAN vision, mission and values".
Ana Maria was presented with her award by site director John Newland, customer operations director Nigel Butterworth and chief commercial officer Steve Clark at CLEAN Ross-on-Wye.
She said: “It feels good to be recognised and I will now have more confidence in myself. CLEAN is very good at supporting its employees. Every day I learn something new, which is why I love my job.”
