This exhibition has been created by photographers using a variety of digital cameras including single lens reflex, the new mirrorless cameras, compact, bridge cameras to everyday smartphones.
Most members don't have to have expensive kit, just a flare to capture an appealing image with.
The Ross Photo Club’s season starts next month on Monday, September 15 followed by weekly meetings on a Wednesday at Walford Village Hall, starting at 7.30pm.
The photographic season will run until May next year and if you are thinking of joining a photo club, go along to Walford and experience two club evenings free of charge, to see if this club is suitable for individuals at any time during the season.
If visitors like what they see, the club feels that anyone interested in photography will find they want to join the friendly group of enthusiasts.
The club has regular presentations from invited speakers who know their photographic subject along with several tuition / learning events throughout the season.
The club also has, a monthly project group and members are invited to attend club outings, all of which helps to develop individual photographic skills as beginners through to enthusiastic amateur photographers.
And as would be expected the club runs regular photographic competitions, often on open subjects as well as targeted subjects.
