Although Widden proved to be too strong, Ross have pulled clear of the relegation zone and secured their place in Glos Premier for next season. Widden ran out comfortable winners, with only a Tara Barnett try, converted by Casey Morgan, to show for their efforts.
All that remains of a long season is the North Midlands cup with Ross at home to Shrewsbury in the Quarter final next Saturday April 23rd a 3pm kick off at Wilton road sports ground. Date for the diary is the annual end of season awards dinner and dance on Saturday May 21st 7.30pm at The Mighty 8.
