Shoppers in Ross are asked to keep an eye out for a prolific shoplifter, Nathan Harrison.
After appearing before Hereford Magistrates Court earlier this month, Harrison was given a three three-year retail premises ban after racking up more than 50 offences for theft.
Harrison, of River View, Ross-on-Wye, was convicted of the two most recent offences at Hereford Magistrates’ Court last week following shoplifting offences which took place earlier this month.
The Criminal Behaviour Order which he was originally given means that he can only visit Boots in Ross-on-Wye to pick-up medical supplies, Morrisons supermarket in Ross-on-Wye to buy food, and Sports Direct in Hereford to buy clothes, and will last until August 2018.
However Harrison broke the terms of the Order and returned to Hereford Magistrates Court on Thursday, August 20th where he was given a fine and ordered to pay a victim surcharge. However the terms of the Order were varied to allow him to enter Gwalia Stores in Ross-on-Wye.
