Terrie Ann Howey, 37, of Greytree Road, Ross-on-Wye pleaded guilty to stealing a dog on May 12th in Hereford, when she appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court on September 21st.
She was conditionally discharged for 18 months. She was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and to pay costs of £250 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
