Pupils and staff from St Joseph’s RC Primary School celebrated the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle by throwing a Garden Party on Friday, May 18th.

Pupils participated in a range of activities, including a scavenger hunt and a picnic, rounders, and learning the British National Anthem.

A pupil from Class 2 said: “First I had to do a scavenger hunt and I had to find feathers. Then we had a picnic. I enjoyed it 100%.”

A Class 4 pupil said: “I enjoyed playing rounders. It was extremely exciting and competitive. I appreciate all the adults’ hard work to create this wonderful celebration.”
