It was an emotional day on Friday, June 22nd for the staff at Ross-on-Wye’s Santander as they said their goodbyes to Lin Pocknell, who has worked there for over 32 years.

Lin, who lives in Ross-on-Wye worked her last day at the town’s Santander and her colleagues told the Ross Gazette that they are very sad to see her go, and their regular customers are too.

After 32 years, Lin is retiring shortly before her 60th birthday. She told the Ross Gazette: “There have been many changes since I started in July, 1987.
