SCOTTISH Police and Coastguard are continuing with searches in the Lochinver area for 55 year old Ross man, Stephen Matheson who was last seen in Clachtoll on Sunday September 25th.

A spokesman for the Northern Constabulary confirmed to the Ross Gazette that the 'search continues. All lines of enquiry are very much alive'. At the time of going to press, police were conducting door-to-door inquiries, speaking to local people in the area where Stephen had been staying with relatives.
