There will be a rare chance to see original fims of the Wye Valley at a special evening organised by Ross and District Civic Society.

Amanda Huntley, from the Huntley Film Archive, will be showing old films of the Wye Valley at a special presentation at the Shegog Lecture evening at the Larruperz Centre on Wednesday, March 14th at 7.30pm.

Huntley Film Archives is one of the largest independent film libraries in the UK, with a unique and rare collection of more than 80,000 titles.

Dating from 1895 to the present day, the emphasis of the collection is on social history from Britain and around the world featuring many topics.
