Hereford Male Voice Choir has a proud history stretching back over 50 years but is still looking forward to a future full of music. In fact one of the founder members, Brian Williams, is still very active within the choir and serves as Secretary. And there are about 70 members altogether.

A more recent member is Ted Willis who lives in Ross. He belonged to a male voice choir in Ilfracombe then when he moved to this area sang for a while with Drybrook Male Voice Choir and the Phoenix Singers. Then about a year ago he attended a concert given by the Hereford Police Male Voice Choir at John Kyrle High School.

He told the Ross Gazette that he was so impressed by the choir that he attended an audition and was accepted.
