Dawn Heideman recently took part in a skydive to raise money for the West Midlands Air Ambulance, and in total her fundraising has reached more than £1300.
Dawn told the Ross Gazette that she wanted to raise money for this charity, as she strongly feels it is vital in a rural community.
Dawn paid for the skydive herself, as she wanted all the donations to go directly to the air ambulance. She paid £300 to do the jump, which she did in Nottingham, with the Red Devils, the British Army’s Parachute Regiment display team.
She told the Ross Gazette: “I would happily do it again, I thought it was a really enjoyable experience.”
