MADAM, The speed camera has obviously not been a deterrent here in Lea. It may have been installed in 2005 but has only recently become active, and it was rightly seen in the past as a decoy by motorists who chose their own speeds. Now it is filming, as I have discovered having been caught twice in the past two months (the coffers must be filling rapidly). Why is there a camera here, as I know from a reliable source that there are very few similar cameras in the County? So is Lea lucky or unlucky?
