May I, through the columns of your newspaper, complain at the state of the road from Ross-on-Wye to Monmouth and return.

The verges are littered with rubbish; it seems as if people just use the road as a general dumping ground. The laybys that have rubbish bins have rubbish just dumped by the side as most bins are full or vandalised. The number of tyres that have blown are just discarded on the verges.

Surely some of the council tax we pay could go to cleaning this road?
