Storm Jake has been battering parts of the UK today and residents of Ross-on-Wye have been witnessing strong winds causing some damage to fences and moving outdoor equipment such as trampolines, as well as wintry showers.

The Met office has forecast scattered showers continuing this afternoon. Feeling very cold, with strong winds. Maximum Temperature 5 °C.

Tonight the showers will gradually ease and become less widespread with winds becoming lighter by morning, but staying cold, with ice and frost a possibility. Minimum Temperature 2 °C.

The forecast for the weekend is for similar weather.
