Madam, What does it matter if the entrance to the new Renton Unit in Hereford from the old site doesn't look too pretty. Isn't far more important that patients now are able to be treated nearer to home without many hours travelling and waiting for life enhancing/saving treatment.

I for one do not care what the building or surrounding areas looks like, I am delighted that dear friends and relatives are able to have treatment and care freely from the magnificent NHS. Our family will be forever grateful to it.
