UPDATE: West Mercia Police have confirmed that the vehicle is a milk tanker which will have to be emptied before it can be moved. The police were called by the ambulance service at 1.05pm but there were no serious injuries.A large vehicle has left the A40 between Weston under Penyard and Ryeford and is on its side at the edge of a field.
The incident happened earlier today, Thursday, April 20th and at 2.45pm it was reported that police officers were in attendence directing traffic which is flowing well and Balfour Beatty have placed warning cones around the vehicle.
Slight delays are being experienced but the traffic will have to be held up when the vehicle is recovered.
