Madam, Last Thursday lunchtime, I was driving up Copse Cross Street in the hail storm when I got stuck and tried many ways to move to no avail. Only one gentleman stopped alongside to offer advice but it didn't work.
I put on my hazard warning lights so cars could go around me, but as traffic was constantly moving, I couldn't get out of my car to retrieve a shovel from the boot. I was getting more and more frustrated.
A young girl asked if I was OK, but I was far from alright. After what was probably about ten minutes, which seemed like an hour, a couple of young people gave me a push and I was on the move again. They came from December House, so a big 'THANK YOU' to them, whoever they were. I just apologise to the drivers using that piece of road for causing a problem.
