Madam, Through the Ross Gazette may I please thank the Ross Town Council for putting their faith in me by allowing me to use the Market House for Tourism, Local History and Exhibitions. It has been an most enjoyable time and I have been able to offer help and advice, with the assistance of my many willing volunteers, to visitors and local people alike seven days a week since May Bank Holiday. I was due to move out on September 1st but I have been given another month – and will not now be moving out until October 1st. Further to this I now have spaces for exhibitions to be booked and if anyone feels they would like to come in at short notice please do pop in during the day, from 10.30am to at least 1pm, for a chat. I can also continue to add to my sales goods by sale or return means and if you feel you would like to bring your saleable items in please do so. I also have times available for any volunteers who have not been before and would like to have a go. Please do call in if you feel you would like to help. I would like to also take this opportunity to thank all the people of Ross and District who have supported me through this venture – I very much appreciate your faith and good will. I have had three very pleasurable months back in the building I really call "home" and hope it can continue as long as is possible.
