The Charity Concert that was organised by the Ross Choristers to support my two charities was a resounding success.

I would like to thank all the Choir for such a marvellous performance, the audience were spellbound by the programme of songs, particularly with the Choristers’ rendition of Les Miserables, there was a wide variety performed, but the one that stood out for me was a rendition of Danny Boy, which was accompanied by a talented lady on the violin.

A great number of people attended and enjoyed the performance tremendously, there were Mayors from four Market Towns attending and they were very appreciative and full of praise for the talent of The Ross Choristers.

The cash raised will go into the Mayor’s Charity Fund, which will be divided between two charities - the Friends of Ross Hospital and SSAFA?(Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association) at the end of the Mayoral year.
