MADAM, As you can see by the photographs of the mobile speed camera currently in operation on the stone bridge over the A40 at Ganarew, the vehicle is totally illegally parked, obstructing the pavement for pedestrians. And this is supposed to be all about safety – I don't think!
At a time where there are meant to be cutbacks and savings, this vehicle is parked there for hours and hours, at a cost to the taxpayer. Also, should any drivers who were booked from this position should have their money reimbursed and the points returned to their licence, as the evidence was illegally obtained and therefore inadmissible in a court of law?
