AWARD winning law firm Thrings has stepped up its continued growth of its real estate offering with the arrival of two new partners into its commercial property team.

Jess McHugh and Mary Waters, who join the firm, which has an office in Ross-on-Wye, from Foot Anstey and DAC Beachcroft respectively.

They are the latest additions to the firm’s Chambers and Legal 500 ranked team, bringing with them more than four decades of combined legal experience, covering a wide range of commercial property, residential development and infrastructure matters.

Their arrival means five new partners have been appointed to the team in the past two years, showcasing the firm’s ongoing commitment to retaining outstanding legal expertise that ensures growth and success for its clients.

Ms McHugh who will be based in Thrings’ Ross office, will be acting for a broad range of commercial clients across Herefordshire, Wales and the southwest on the full spectrum of commercial property transactions.

Meanwhile, residential development specialist Mary joins the company’s Bristol office, and will be working closely within Thrings development of land specialism to support residential developer clients to achieve their objectives.
