I have just been reading the letter in last week’s Ross Gazette about the introducion of charges to the Wilton Road Car Park.

What is it with people and paying a fee? I am fed up of not being able to park on the street where I live because people who work and shop in Ross are too tight to pay for car parking. It means I have to pay instead! Absolutely no consideration.
