Madam, I have just returned from the lonliest place in Ross, Brampton Abbotts poling station.
All the money spent on this election, which to me is only to serve the political parties, what a waste.
People had to spend all day at the polling station for the very few people who turned out. There were three officials when I was there just to check I knew my name and address and give me a voting slip.
I will be very interested to see the poling figures for this station.
Then there were all the flyers put out by the candidates all claiming to have the best interests of the town and its people at heart.
If this was so why then could they not get together and find a solution to the vacant seat, eg one potato two potato, or ip dip sky blue?
Have the two parties still not realised that they are working together to run this country? Could they not do this in Ross?
