Madam, We are young people of Ross-on-Wye, and we go regularly to the Y Zone. We hear that the Basement Youth Trust is running out of money and needs help. We are talking about what we can do to help, but we don't have lots to give,
We like going to the Y Zone because there is not much else for young people to do in Ross. It is warm and comfortable, has a small café, and we can play pool or use computers. It is a safe place where we are looked after. It is also fun where we can meet our mates.
If there was no evening youth group at the Y Zone, we would be lost. We would have nothing to do but sit outside. We would find it harder to meet friends and socialise. People would be bored, which would possibly lead to trouble.
