This week in The Ross Parishes, the community is staying connected through a range of activities. Starting at 9am every day, there's a Zoom Morning Prayer available on rossparishes.uk/morning-prayer.

On Monday at 12pm, prayers are dedicated to St Mary’s. Tuesdays are busy with Tea and Toast, and the Community Larder at St Mary’s Hall from 9am to 11am. Additionally, the Just B Bereavement Support Group gathers at 2.30pm, held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at St Mary’s.

Wednesdays kick off with Toast and Toddle at 8.45am, followed by Contemplative Prayer at 10am. Craft sessions take place from 11am to 12.30pm, occurring every second and fourth Wednesday of the month. Ponder and Pray, a Zoom session, starts at 11.15am.

Thursdays feature a 10am Said Communion at Markye Chapel, St Mary’s, followed by a Prayer Group on Zoom at 11.45am. Messy Church at St Mary’s is scheduled for 3.45pm, happening on the first Thursday of every month.

Fridays see musical engagement with the Youth Choir at 6.30pm and Choir Practice from 7pm to 8pm, both at St Mary’s.

To round off the week, on Sunday, January 21st, there is an 8am BCP Service at St Mary’s, a live-streamed Sung Eucharist at 9.30am, and a Parish Eucharist at St Michael’s, Walford, also at 9.30am.

In addition, there will be a Week of Prayer for Christian Unity between January 18 and 25 at noon in Ross churches: Ross Baptist Church on January 18, Christian Life Centre, Larruperz Centre on January 19, Parish Room, St Francis of Rome, led by New Life Church on January 22, St Frances of Rome on January 23 and Markye Chapel, St Mary's on January 25.
