MADAM, I am very puzzled, and I I hear constantly on radio and TV that

kids are causing trouble, that kids need better education, and that the parents of kids need to nurture them better, and so

on... I keep looking out for these kids, and At times throughout the year I would expect to find nanny goats with kids running around them, and though we are surrounded by hectares if not acres of countryside, and though I often see sheep with lambs gambolling around, I cannot see goats with their kids. I am much further bemused when I hear politicians and other leading lights of the cultural world adding their voices to the gathering cry of 'kids
