Dear Editor,

We enjoy our regular walks around Ross, famous for its views of the town and river.

We are surprised that of the 19 benches facing the river between Ross Rowing Club and Wilton Bridge only five of them actually have a view of the river, the remaining 14 look on to trees and bushes.

Are there any plans to turn these 14 benches around giving us and visitors to our town the splendour of Ross itself?
