THE Third Ross Beer and Cider Festival – Rossbeerfest to be held during the May Bank Holiday weekend – Saturday, April 30th and Sunday, May 1st is shaping up to be a major event.

The organisers have planned many improvements for this year including a new, super-large marquee that will provide a beer-hall atmosphere, complete with big screens that will give everyone a great view of the bands. There will be music throughout the two days, with a bigger and better band stage. Back, by popular demand, will be the ‘posh loos’ to make it easier for everyone to stay and enjoy themselves for much longer.

Tickets have been available online for a while and local ticket sales will begin on Saturday, April 2nd in Ross Market Place.

As well as tickets for the Rossbeerfest there will be raffle tickets on sale. The Rossbeerfest Raffle has some fantastic prizes including a BMW for the day, a helicopter ride over Ross and a Cream Tea, all donated by local businesses.
