Work, breath-taking views and boutique hotel-standard accommodation rarely come together – but that’s precisely what’s on offer at an idyllic office park in rural Herefordshire.

Three offices are currently available at the rural office park on the award-winning Brockhampton Estate, with views of the Wye Valley.

They are part of a collection of eight office suites in elegant farm buildings which were originally built around 1834. They have now been restored to the finish you would expect in a premium independent hotel – and there is a further live/work unit, which is under offer.

Great Barn South (1,421 sq ft), Middle Granary (947 sq ft) and the 366sq ft Tack Room are being marketed exclusively by property consultancy Fisher German, which also manages the estate on the instruction of Peter Clay.

Mr Clay first conceived the rural office park from the farm buildings at the heart of Brockhampton that were covered in dirt and years of neglect. He said: “Very occasionally the lump of dirt under your foot contains a diamond.”

He chose architects and builders renowned for work on important historic buildings to restore the Granary and Great Barn to their former glory, using traditional materials, sourced as locally as possible, to honour the craft of those that had first worked on them.

Fisher German helped him secure grants for dilapidated barn conversions that have seen the estate land top building awards.
