Please could anyone do something about the disgraceful amount of litter on the dual carriageway between Newport and Ross? 

I can not be the only person horrified and ashamed by the rubbish on both sides of the road. 

Of course it should not have been dropped in the first place bur surely someone is responsible for picking it up?
