MORE than 90 per cent of homes at a Ross-on-Wye housing development have now been sold, with just 12 properties remaining.

The Orchards, a David Wilson Homes development on the outskirts of Ross, launched in 2023 and has delivered more than 210 homes.

Developers say the site has attracted first-time buyers, commuters and families, with the remaining properties available to move into before Christmas.

Among the remaining properties is the three-bedroom Hadley, priced from £355,000.

Four-bedroom Holden homes are also available from £530,000, featuring an open-plan kitchen and dining area, lounge, study and four double bedrooms.

The developer said homes at The Orchards had been designed with energy-efficient features intended to help residents reduce their environmental impact.

Schemes including Part Exchange and Deposit Boost are also being offered on properties at the development.
