Another successful weekend for Forest of Dean Gymnastics Club gymnasts when they entered the Fromeside Invitational competition last weekend. They won an amazing 16 medals, 7 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze. The team was delighted.

Gymnasts competed on three pieces of apparatus, floor, vault & beam with medals awarded for each piece as well as to the overall winners. Clubs from across the South West and East Wales entered with 11 from the Forest Club.

All the girls competed with style and confidence especially on floor.
