Members at Ross Golf Club have enjoyed a variety of Christmas themed events to cap what has been a highly effective year for the Gorsley based club.

Arguably the most original festive fun occasion took place recently when members of the Club's Junior Forum encouraged 18 young golfers to play in a Texas Scramble competition, integrating all sections of the Club, and in marvellous Fancy Dress style as well.

The teams of four consisted of two Juniors with a Lady and Gentleman player. The event, which was attended by Father Christmas, was followed by a hot supper and presentation.
