The Big Dipper 10K is on Sunday, September 16th starting at 11am from the Millennium Hall in Upton Bishop. The course follows scenic country lanes, which will take your mind off the testing climbs. All finishers will receive a medal and free tea and cakes.

Runners of all standards are welcome. Entry is £8 for club runners and £10 for others with £2 extra for entry on the day. There are free fun runs for young children at 10.30am. For more details visit www.uptonbishop.org and click on ‘village life’.
