Four years ago, whilst he was a pupil at St Anthony’s Primary School, a young man started training at Cinderford Tae Kwon-Do.

Now at John Kyrle High School, he has matured as a student of Tae Kwon-Do, and on Sunday, April 22nd, 14-year-old Joshua Gilding, went to Bristol Academy to take his Black Belt Grading.

Ken & Mel Penman, who run TAGB Tae Kwon-Do clubs in Cinderford, Longhope & Shirenewton are thrilled to announce that Josh passed his Grading and is now 1st Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon-Do.

On Sunday, April 29th, students of Cinderford Tae Kwon-Do, along with Joshua’s family, celebrated as he was presented with his Black Belt, tie and badge, and certificates from the Committee of the Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain, and from the British Tae Kwon-Do Council.
