Ross Rugby Club have begun their pre season training with a new coaching team.

Head coach John Arundal remains from last season but Nick Rawlings and Leon Meek join the team as forwards and backs coaches respectively.

Both are ex-Lydney and Cinderford players and therefore bring a huge amount of knowledge and experience, so if you are new to the town, an ex-player or just someone looking to get fit and enjoy the banter, join the team for training every Tuesday and Thursday 6.45pm.

The club look forward to welcoming players old and new at their Greytree ground.
