Local supermotorcyclist, Luke Jones made his comeback at the meeting with the North Gloucester Club at Pembrey Circuit after a long lay off, due to a hand injury, and thrilled his band of loyal supporters with some strong results.

Luke, riding his MVP Augustus 675 entered in two classes, the Phoenix Open and the switchgear power bikes and open 600.

Luke had a qualifying session and two races on Saturday, September 26th, and achieved a second place in the 600 open race and third place in the Phoenix open race. On Sunday, September 27th, Luke had four races, he achieved two third placed finishes in the Phoenix open races and two second placed finishes in the 600 open races.
