15-year-old Ollie O’Neill (pictured) produced a stunning spell of bowling for Aston Ingham 1st XI, in their Division 4 Gloucestershire County Leage match against Dumbleton on Saturday, June 3rd.

Josh Loade had first set the Aston innings up by batting through for 91no.

Dumbleton got off to a start before Ollie, who opens the bowling for Gloucestershire U15s, tore through their batting line up. After taking a hatrick, and going on to four wickets in four balls, the opening bowler went on to claim six wickets in seven balls, an incredible feat in any form of cricket, finishing with figures of 7-26.

Aston finished the match winners by 153 runs. To cap off a super Saturday, the 2nd XI ran out victorious by 105 runs at Cinderford.

The evening was rounded off by a fantastic home made curry, from Anthea Hamilton.
