The Ross Cricket Club will once again be taking part in the ECB NatWest CricketForce weekend on March 24th and 25th.
NatWest CricketForce is an initiative for cricket clubs encouraging members of the club and local community to get together to get the ground ready for the new season.
Club projects have ranged from simple paint jobs and sight screen scrubbing to brand new changing rooms, function rooms, and even a new pavilion.
Ross-on-Wye CC on Twitter said: “There are lots of jobs that we need to undertake before the start of the season a new patio, painting, cleaning, garden, ground work, sight screens, covers. Please come and help.”
In 2017 NatWest supported over 2,000 clubs in partnership with the ECB through NatWest CricketForce.
In 2018, cricket clubs and local communities will once again work together to transform clubs up and down the country focussing on improving both changing facilities for women and girls and disabled access.
