Ross U10s girls took two sides to Ledbury Girls tournament on Sunday, June 5th and came away with the juniors producing an amazing record of winning all six games, scoring 15 and conceding 0.

On a boiling hot day from start to finish Carl and Kev were so proud of the girls efforts. They worked hard in the heat and never complained once, which was a testament to them. The juniors won an extremely close and tense final 1-0 against Belmont who were fantastic. The goal came from Hannah, who finished off a great move which saw Alisha, Lilly and Amelie linking well to find Cassie, who in turn found a lovely pass to find Hannah, who supplied a nice little calm finish. Jenna and Naomi played extremely well in defence to hold out the Belmont attack, and Catalan made a fine save at her near post to keep the Ross lead intact.

A special mention must also go to the Colts team, which consited of: Nelly, Violet, Hazel, Isabel, Clara, Grace, Gracie, Becky and Ivy who drew three and lost two, which was a great achievement, and saw them finish 4th.
