Hereford FC came very close to losing their record of unbeaten away games at the Arbour Park stadium on Saturday, January 6th, 2018.

Hereford FC were down to 10 men after all 3 subs were used against Slough Town. Eliot Richards also had to go off with a strain.

With a few minutes to go, Hereford were 2 nil down, and only then did they pick up the pace on the 3G surface they had struggled to tame. 7 minutes of added time came up on the clock and then desperation came into play.

This was rewarded by a hammer of a shot inside the box by captain Jimmy Oates at 90+3, then incredibly Keyon Reffell snatched an unlikely point by crashing another shot in the Slough Town goal in the 90 +6 minute. Final score 2-2.

Hereford now remain unbeaten in an incredible 51 away league games.
