Hereford FC are heading to Wembley following their 2-1 victory over Salisbury on Saturday, March 19th in Wiltshire.

650 fans watched the Bulls win the match with goals coming from Mike Symons and Joe Tumelty.

Hereford FC will now face Morpeth Town in the FA Vase Final on Sunday, May 22nd.

Fans are eager to get hold of tickets to the final, and Hereford FC released the following statement regarding the sale of tickets; “Club Secretary Martin Watson has spoken to representatives of the FA, following the phone call we can confirm the following; Wembley have this morning (March 22nd) made more tickets available to buy online. Our initial allocation for the FA Vase Final is 6,600 of which we have already sold around 3,500.

“The FA have confirmed that they will be able to increase this initial allocation, and will open up additional areas at Wembley as and when required. The FA are aware that we expect to take in the region of 15,000 plus fans and are confident that they will be able to allocate sufficient tickets to meet, and exceed our requirements.

“All ticket sales are currently being sold direct through the FA, but we have been told that we can expect to receive an allocation of tickets to sell face-to-face from Edgar Street in around a month’s time (subject to availability).”
