Speaking to the official Hereford FC website, Pete Beadle says he was delighted for Dara O’Shea after the FA overturned the red card that was awarded to the Bulls loanee at Wealdstone on Saturday, January 13th.
“My main thought was that I was delighted for Dara, he took the sending off to heart and was really down afterwards. It was such an unjust decision that we knew from the very first view of the replay that we would appeal it.
“Every time we watched the replay the decision looked more and more unfair.
“It’s great news that Dara will now just miss the two matches, for him to have missed five would have been a very cruel blow for him to take, we’re all delighted for him.”
Dara missed Saturday’s trip to Dorchester and Tuesday night’s journey to Biggleswade, but will be available for selection when the Bulls entertain Banbury at Edgar Street on January 27th.
