Ross Juniors Under 14 girls had an enjoyable weekend as they ran out 8-2 winners against an under-strength Gloucester Meteors team on Sunday, January 26th.

Some excellent passing football from Ross saw the girls race into a 5-0 half-time lead, against a Meteors team who were only able to field 9 players.

Despite their numerical disadvantage the Meteors battled hard and managed to score two goals in the second half but Ross proved too strong scoring a further three goals to run out convincing winners.

A great all performance from the Ross girls, with goals coming from Sofia(2), Amelia, Amy, Hollie, Beatrise, Lauren and Emily.
