On Saturday, April 28th, Ross Juniors U9s played in the County Cup final vs Westfields U9s at the Edgar Street stadium, Hereford.

The full time score was 2-2, with goals from Jesse-Fox Howard and Jake Hodges.

It went to penalties, and Ross won with expertly taken penalties from Jesse-Fox Howard, Louis Downing, Sam Ridgway and Finley Overthrow, and two great saves from goalkeeper Finley Whittle.

Coach Mat Howard, said: “The team has worked incredibly hard all season to get to the final and are well-deserving winners of the County Cup.” Both coaches, Mat Howard and Carl Roberts, are extremely proud of the team and their performance.
