Phil Jenkinson of Ross-on-Wye has broken a longstanding record in Winter Skittles League Division Two.

Phil, who plays for the Nomads, which meets at Ross Bowling Club, was taking part in a match at the Golf In when he scored 69. The previous record, which had stood for many years was 67.
