MEMBERS from all sections were delighted to learn of the latest success achieved by their Club’s vibrant and expanding Juniors Academy.

The annual Gloucestershire Golfing Union’s Junior Team Championships held recently at Forest Hills Golf Club in Coleford attracts the top Junior players from across the County with 19 teams of three players each taking part on this occasion. With the best two scores from the threesome counting, the 37 points totals each carded by 3 handicapper Cam Haines and 5 handicapper Harry Griffiths gave their team the winning 74 points total from nearest rivals, Cotswold Hills GC with 72 points and the 2017 Champions, Kendleshire GC in third place with 71 points.
