The Herefordshire Seniors County Championships was held at the South Herefordshire Golf Club course with a field of 57.

On a blisteringly hot day there was a four way tie on 77 gross.

Paul Stone, Tony Green, Jon Lucas and Roger Richards then played a four hole medal play off, with Stone and Green having to continue playing until sudden death. Stone, from the South Herefordshire Club birdied the following hole to claim first place.

1st -Paul Stone (St/Herefordshire) 77 gross; 2nd - Tony Green (St/ Herefordshire) 77; 3rd - Jon Lucas (Herefordshire) 77; 4th - Roger Richards (Leominster) 77.
